  • large onion, chopped
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • bell peppers, diced
  • zucchini, diced
  • can of diced tomatoes (400 g)
  • can of black beans (400 g), rinsed and drained
  • can of kidney beans (400 g), rinsed and drained
  • tbsp chili powder
  • tbsp cumin powder
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh cilantro, for garnish
