1 large broccoli, cut into florets
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 liter vegetable broth
200 grams smoked salmon, sliced
Fresh dill, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Heat a dash of olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2Add the broccoli and potato and stir for a few minutes.
