Ingredients

  • 200 grams oatmeal
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • banana
  • eggs
  • teaspoon baking powder
  •  pinch of salt
  • 200 grams blueberries
  • tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. 1 Put the oatmeal, almond milk, banana, eggs, baking powder, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth batter.
  2. 2 Heat some oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it.
  3. 3 Cook the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry, then flip it. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4 Repeat this process until the batter is used up.
  5. 5 Serve the pancakes with a dollop of Greek yogurt, the blueberries, and a drizzle of honey.
