200 grams oatmeal
300 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
200 grams blueberries
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
1Put the oatmeal, almond milk, banana, eggs, baking powder, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth batter.
2Heat some oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it.
3Cook the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry, then flip it. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4Repeat this process until the batter is used up.
5Serve the pancakes with a dollop of Greek yogurt, the blueberries, and a drizzle of honey.
